Hi, I’m Heather (she/her) — A former special education teacher turned doula, which means I like clear explanations and I don’t rush people.
I stumbled into the menopause doula world after hearing a podcast and never looked back.
I’m not a therapist or a medical professional, I’m just a woman navigating my own journey and passionate about women’s health.
As a menopause doula, I have a strong understanding of the biology of the body and hormones and lots of resources. Working with me will give you understanding, clarity, support, information to feel empowered and even room to vent.

Intro Meet and Greet
A 30-minute video call to see if we are a good fit. You will get to know a bit about me and what I offer for support. In this call you can provide a little information about what you are going through and what you are looking to have support for and I will guide you to the best option that meets your needs, because we all come to the table with different lived experience.
Coffee Chat (Virtual or Live in Seacoast NH area)
A 1-hour get-together for 3–10 of your closest friends. The chat can be held in person, online or in a suitable public location. I will provide some general information that will help you support your changing hormones as well as informational guides for tracking your evolving cycle and talking with your physicians.
The Full Support Package
Three months of support. The package includes a monthly video chat and regular/weekly text check-ins as well as the ability to ask questions. Within the time frame, you will gain a better understanding of your biology and build a menopause toolkit that is custom for you. You’ll be able to track patterns, try small changes, and follow up without starting from zero each time. This is good for when you are feeling overwhelmed or struggling with lots of symptoms.
